<Product exchange/return>

・After receiving the product, please check that it is the same as what you ordered.

- We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if the product is damaged, soiled, or defective, or if it is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

・We will refund or exchange the item immediately. (We will cover the shipping costs.)

・Even if you wish to exchange a product for reasons on our side, we may not be able to accommodate your request if the same product is out of stock. In that case, please understand that we will provide a refund.

・Due to the nature of the return procedure, it may take up to one week for the replacement product to be delivered after we contact you. Thank you for your understanding.

-Please note that due to the nature of food products, if you are absent for an extended period of time and are unable to receive the product, and the product is returned by the shipping company, we will charge you for the round-trip shipping fee plus the purchase price.

Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for reasons of customer convenience (such as no longer needing the product or ordering the wrong product) after the product has been shipped.

Please note that even if you are unable to receive the product, we will still charge you the amount due for the product.

・Products that have been opened or used
